Now that the new Club is our main premises we have been able to renovate the old Club which we are utilizing for weddings, functions, conferences, wakes, birthdays and any special occasion. Since doing so we have many bookings and lots of enquiries.

Senior Management

For Management and staff to have a great working relationship with our Caterer, Mrs Sally Stewart and her team, is significant as we both strive to maintain our successful businesses and work together as a team.

We are constantly promoting ways to increase our membership here at the Ex Servos. A recent membership drive to offer new members up to 16 months membership for the price of 12 months - this being for only $5.50. Upon commencement of trading in February 2009 we had 6,140 members, to end of June 2010 we now have 11,087 members. This is way beyond our expectations so we must ensure that we continue to offer and maintain all customer service satisfaction.

The Ex Servos is a Community based organization, who through our commitment to our members, their invited guests and the visitors to our Club, strives to be competitive and operational in a most professional manner.

Since the new Club has commenced trade we now offer to members and their invited guests' a more modern, relaxed, with much bigger and better facilities in all areas throughout the Club, this has increased our income twofold. We as Management and Staff need to stay fully focused on our business and aim to keep the success that we have had since the opening of the Club in February of 2009 and not falter in any area whatsover.

In line with our facilities being upgraded and much improved we are proud to say that the ethics and essence of the Club have remained the same!
