Group Operations Manager

Marlee brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, including 11 years with the ExServos Club. During this time, she has progressed from Shift Manager to Operations Manager before being appointed Group Operations Manager for Milton Ulladulla ExServos Club and Tomakin Sports & Social Club.
In her current role, Marlee provides strategic leadership across both venues, overseeing operations, people and culture, compliance, and commercial performance. She focuses on streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic initiatives, while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment and ensuring a consistently high standard of service for members and guests.
