Bula to our new Southside Restaurant staff

We're excited to have 4 Fijian staff join our Southside team!

It's no secret that like most hospitality venues, we've struggled to hire local experienced kitchen staff for some time, so we engaged  The Kingsmen, a Labour Hire company who have recently become involved with the Fijian/Australian government PALM (Pacific Australia Labour Mobility) scheme & they were able to secure us: a Chef, Cook, Kitchen Hand and a front of house staff member. The scheme requires a minimum of 4 staff per area.

The boys are rapt to be in Ulladulla & they are an absolute delight. So friendly and grateful to be here! They all come with a minimum 5 years experience in 4-5 star venues & will be with us for 4 years.

They're keen to explore the area & get involved with local sports and churches.

Thanks to Kylie Creech from @platinumescapeshm for securing one of her holiday rentals for a few months over winter until we organise a permanent home for them.
